Updated Standards of Practice for Case Managers

The 2002 revised Standards of Practice for Case Management
should be arriving in CMSA members mail boxes this week, December 16-20, 2002.

The Standards of Practice will also be available for purchase via the CMSA website http://www.cmsa.org - this is one of many benefits of membership in the organization.

Please also note that the second State of the Science paper,
Involvement/Participation, Empowerment & Knowledge Outcome Indicators of Case Management, is now available for order. This SOS along with the first SOS paper on Adherence are helpful tools for practicing case managers to use in evaluating their outcomes and thus demonstrate the value of Case Management.
